Happier, healthier moms grow here.
Because every new mother deserves to bloom well.
Your mind won’t stop racing. You’re beyond exhausted, overwhelmed, and second-guessing everything, including yourself. You imagined your pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood years would be filled with the sweetest moments of love and joy, but so far all you’ve felt is let down.
“It wasn’t supposed to feel this way…”
Tired, anxious, and drowning in guilt for feeling so trapped, you’re wondering,
“Will I ever enjoy being a mom, or feel like myself again?”
You might even feel scared you’re not bonding with your little one the way you should, and you’re definitely more disconnected from yourself than you’ve ever been. You have no idea what’s normal and what’s not, but you’re too ashamed of your dark thoughts to ask anyone.
“What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just enjoy this?”
If any of this sounds familiar to you, you’re in the right place.
I help new mothers like you move through the constant worry and self-doubt to a place of calm, confidence & clarity so you can actually begin to thrive in the version of motherhood more like the one you hoped for.
Hi there, I’m Keely.
And I’d love to sit with you for a while.
Because I’ve probably been where you are and there’s so much to share. I too have been consumed by the exhaustion + relentless guilt that comes with motherhood. I’ve felt let down when the demands + realities didn’t live up to the gentle experience I’d once imagined and hoped for. I have even lived through my own experiences of postpartum depression after a hard delivery, and a few anxiously unsteady new motherhood years of my own.
That’s why I’m here.
As a mom myself to two-life changing humans and a specialized maternal mental health clinician passionate about supporting women + their families, I want to share all I know with you to help normalize and de-stigmatize the challenges of early motherhood. I want to offer you reassurance + a fresh perspective when you need it to help you grow into your greatest potential as a mom and more! And if I’m being honest, I’m also here because I want to learn from and connect with you too. After all, I’m still a mother evolving right there in the trenches alongside you, and I believe we all do our best growing and healing together.

Perinatal + Postpartum Risk Factors
Perinatal and postpartum risk factors are the conditions that can increase the likelihood of physical, mental or emotional complications for the mother during and after pregnancy, and through the early months and years of new motherhood. These risks can be related to a wide range of physical, emotional, and social factors, and they impact every new mother individually different. It’s important to understand that these factors don’t guarantee you’ll have complications, but rather they can increase the chance you might. Read on to learn more about perinatal risks and how to get help if you feel you might need it.
