What can you expect from a New Mom Check-in session?

During a check-in session, I explore your current concerns or goals, and identify what feels most urgent or important to you right now. We’ll use my extensive knowledge of perinatal adjustment, the new mother’s brain + nervous system, and solution-focused strategies to develop a plan with tools that you can use immediately. We’ll also clarify whether additional ongoing support like counseling would be helpful or is needed, and we’ll make a plan to get you connected to the help you need. At the end of the call, we’ll make sure you’re leaving with actionable next steps + a clear path forward so you feel less alone and more empowered to grow your capacity as a mother. We can also check in again by email one week after your call to follow-up on your progress!
